Job summary

Vtransport seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage contracts, KYC, and related documentation within our logistics operations in Mumbai. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy, approvals, and up-to-date master data in ERP systems.

The role requires experience in credit control or contract management and familiarity with MS Excel and Oracle-based systems. Knowledge of customer master records and documentation processes is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate with experience in Credit Control, Contract Management, Commercial Operations, Customer Accounts, or Logistics
• Experience in Logistics / Courier / Express / Freight / Transportation industry preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Oracle, Customer Master, Rate Master, KYC, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Verify customer contracts, KYC documents, signatures, and required approvals.
• Manage customer contract documentation and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Key Account, Sales, Branch Operations, Finance, and customers for contract-related issues.
• Verify and maintain Customer Master, Rate Master, and customer account/ledger details.
• Update approved customer rates, service locations, and commercial terms in the ERP/ Oracle system.
• Maintain customer contracts, KYC, insurance, and other documents in the DMS.
• Verify and update customer insurance policy details and validity.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between contracts and system master data.
• Coordinate for new location/service mapping and obtain required approvals.
• Support customer account creation, activation, rate updates, and commercial query resolution.
