• Source and acquire new credit card customers through branch banking and open market activities.
• Generate leads from existing bank customer databases and walk-in customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Ensure end-to-end completion of customer application forms and required documentation.
• Maintain daily sales productivity and achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Coordinate with branch staff and relationship managers for lead generation and conversions.
• Compliance and process guidelines: Ensure adherence to bank compliance and process guidelines.
• Maintain proper follow-up on pending applications for higher conversion ratios.
• Participate in sales campaigns, contests, and promotional activities launched by the bank.
