YesssWorks Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to own our social media video presence end-to-end. You will script, shoot, edit, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and serve as the face and voice of the brand on camera.

The role requires crafting engaging Reels, office tours, member spotlights, trend reactions, and thought leadership videos, with a strong eye for lighting, audio, and composition.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist.
• Exceptional on-camera confidence and high energy.
• Knowledge of lighting, audio capture, and video composition.
• Experience with photo/video editing software such as Premiere Pro, VN, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook Video, and LinkedIn video best practices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Content Production: Script, shoot, and edit video content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• On-Camera Presence: Present on camera for Reels, tours, interviews, events, and announcements.
• Platform-Specific Strategy: Adapt video formats to fit each platform.
• Trend & Viral Content Monitoring: Identify trending audios and formats and translate into brand content.
• Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write hook-driven scripts that capture attention in the first seconds.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and highly creative Content Creator to own our social media video presence end-to-end. In this role, you will handle everything from scripting and shooting to editing and publishing content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will also be the primary face and voice of YesssWorks on-camera, creating engaging Reels, office tours, member spotlights, trend reaction videos, and thought leadership content.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Content Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• On-Camera Presence: Confidently present on camera for Reels, platform tours, member interviews, event coverage, and brand announcements.
• Platform-Specific Strategy: Adapt video formats and tones to fit each platform (e.g., fast-paced/trendy for Instagram, engaging for Facebook, professional yet relatable for LinkedIn).
• Trend & Viral Content Monitoring: Identify trending audios, social formats, and industry conversations, quickly translating them into brand-relevant content.
• Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write crisp, hook-driven scripts that capture attention within the first 3 seconds and drive engagement. Requirements
