Creators Mela in Noida is seeking a Creator Research & Data Analyst to transform performance signals into high-confidence casting and campaign decisions. You will analyze creator and campaign performance, vet audiences, and build insights that help cast the right creators with confidence.

You will research creators for campaigns, validate authenticity and brand safety, and maintain data in CRM/spreadsheets while collaborating with strategy and tech teams. 0–3 years experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in data analysis, research, influencer marketing or social analytics.
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical teammates.
