Creators Mela is seeking a Talent Manager (Creator Growth) to manage relationships with a portfolio of creators in Noida, helping grow their brand and revenue through strategic growth plans and brand partnerships. The role is on-site with a full-time commitment, suitable for professionals with 1–4 years in talent management or influencer marketing.

• 1–4 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media or agency work.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable handling multiple creators and deadlines at once.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of creators and act as their primary point of contact.
• Build growth plans for each creator covering content direction, positioning and monetisation.
• Pitch creators to brands and negotiate deals that are fair for both sides.
