CreatorsMela in Noida is seeking an Operations Executive (Systems) to build and run the processes that keep campaigns and creator relationships flowing smoothly. You will track progress, coordinate teams and maintain documentation to ensure reliable, fast execution in a dynamic creator economy environment.

The role requires 0–3 years’ experience in operations or admin, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Hindi.

• Highly organised with strong follow-through.
• Good communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic tools.

Responsabilités

• Run daily operations across creators, campaigns and internal teams.
