You will transform brand briefs into engaging ideas, hooks, and scripts tailored to each creator’s voice, ensuring sponsored content feels natural and performs well.

The role requires 1–3 years in scriptwriting or related fields, strong English/Hindi writing, and a portfolio of short-form video scripts. Familiarity with Instagram/YouTube engagement is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in scriptwriting, copywriting or content strategy.
• Strong command of English and Hindi writing; regional languages are a plus.
• A portfolio showing short-form video scripts or campaign ideas.
• Good understanding of what makes content engaging on Instagram and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign ideas and content angles from brand briefs.
• Write scripts, hooks and talking points for reels, YouTube videos and other formats.
• Adapt scripts to each creator's tone, language and style.
• Research trends, formats and audience behaviour for each niche.
