DigiChakra360 seeks an ambitious relationship-builder to grow its creator network, manage talent partnerships, and unlock brand collaborations. You will discover and onboard influencers across Instagram and YouTube, build relationships, negotiate deals, and coordinate campaigns with leadership involvement.

Your first 3 months focus on performance and earnings, with incentives based on deals closed and creators onboarded.

We're looking for an ambitious relationship-builder ready to help DigiChakra360 grow its creator network, manage talent partnerships, and unlock brand collaborations.

What You'll Do

• Discover and onboard influencers across Instagram and YouTube.
• Build relationships with creators and manage their profiles.
• Identify brand collaboration opportunities and close paid deals.
• Handle creator outreach, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate campaigns, deliverables, and creator relationships.
• Build and scale DigiChakra360's talent management network.

Your First 3 Months - Performance & Earnings

• Earn incentives based on successful brand deals closed and creators onboarded.
• Build a portfolio of creators, many of whom have earning potential of approximately ₹2,000-₹5,000 per month, depending on campaign availability and performance.
• Work directly with the leadership team and demonstrate your ability to build and manage a talent network.

High-performing candidates may be considered for:

• Position: Vice President - Talent Management.
• Equity Opportunity: Up to 5% equity in DigiChakra360, subject to performance evaluation, company approval, and a formal equity agreement.
• Leadership responsibility for scaling creator partnerships, talent acquisition, and brand collaborations.

This is an opportunity to grow beyond an internship and potentially become a key stakeholder in the company's growth.

• On successful completion of the internship, eligible candidates will receive:

• Brand Exposure Record: A record of the brands and client campaigns you contributed to, wherever disclosure is permitted.

• Performance Recognition: Acknowledgement of measurable contributions, including leads generated, meetings booked, and deals supported or closed.
