Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Aftershoot in India (remote) is seeking an execution-focused Partnerships Marketing professional to source and recruit creators, negotiate deals, brief content, and ensure timely delivery. You will shape how we move from one-off posts to long-term partnerships, working with US-based creators across time zones.
You’ll manage creator budgets, measure performance, and collaborate with Growth, Content, Product Marketing and Design to fuel campaigns around key moments like product launches.
At Aftershoot, we’re building a global community of photographers who spend less time behind their screens and more time behind the lens. Every feature we create, every update we ship, is designed to make post-processing easier, faster, and smarter for photographers around the world.
From culling to editing to retouching. Our AI tools do all the heavy lifting, so photographers can focus on what they do best: capturing moments, telling stories, and creating magic.
We’re a fast-growing, passionate team backed over 100K+ active users globally. Double-digit ARR in less than 4 years, amazing investors and team who truly believe in our mission.
Our mission is clear: Become the default companion for every photographer in the world.
If you care deeply about building meaningful products, working with curious and driven teammates, and being part of a team that genuinely loves what they do, we’d love to meet you.
Let’s create the future of AI in photography, together.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You'll spend your days sourcing creators, outreaching to them, negotiating deals, briefing content, and making sure it ships. You won't be handed a finished playbook, because we're writing it now. As one of the early members of this team, you'll see what works, say what doesn't, and help shape where the budget goes, which creators earn a renewal, and how we measure results.
Most of our creators are US-based, so you'll work across US time zones occasionally.
