Job summary

Jyoti Home Appliances Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Creative Strategist to manage content for social media and performance marketing from our Pune office. You will script and direct video content for campaigns and collaborate with Content and Growth teams to expand channels.

You’ll coordinate with agencies, craft briefs, and develop copy for various marketing collateral while building influencer relationships and ultimately owning Creative Strategy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior experience working on social media and ad content.
• Comfortable with copywriting and scripting.
• High agency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Working with the in-house content to develop static collaterals for social media and performance marketing campaigns.
• Drafting creative briefs for all forms of marketing collaterals - static, video, banners, landing pages.
• Ideating copy for content collaterals used for performance marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating launch and maintenance of Influencer Campaigns and Influencer Relationships.
• Scripting and directing social media and performance marketing videos and overseeing production.
• Eventually owning Creative Strategy.

Over the last 40+ years, Jyoti has built a significant presence across Western and Central India. We’re now at a stage where we’re focusing on deepening this presence while expanding to other regions and channels, and we’re now looking for a Creative Strategist to manage content for social media and performance marketing.

This includes scripting and directing video content for social media and performance marketing campaigns and working with the Content team during the production process. You’ll be working closely with our Content and Growth teams while we build these channels out.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinating with agencies and freelancers to create collaterals for social media and performance marketing campaigns.

Qualities and Skills we need from you:

• High agency and ownership.
• Comfortable with working on or learning copywriting and scripting.
• 1-2 years of Prior experience working on social media and ad content.
• Prior experience working on Content in the Consumer Appliances and Consumer Durables category is not necessary, but a plus.
