• Ad creatives: Meta, Google, performance ads with different hooks and formats.
• Brand storytelling: campaigns, launches, product stories, and visual systems.
• Video & AI content: reels, short-form videos, product animations, AI-generated visuals.
• Design support: packaging, inserts, POSM, product cards, and quick-turnaround creative requests.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn ideas into visuals people stop for. You'll shape how rightkind shows up across platforms, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Social media campaigns Posts, carousels, reels, memes, topical content.
• E-commerce creatives Amazon, Flipkart, FirstClub, website banners, product listings, A+ content.
• Ad creatives Meta, Google, performance ads with different hooks and formats.
• Brand storytelling Campaigns, launches, product stories, and visual systems that make rightkind instantly recognizable.
• Video & AI content Reels, short-form videos, product animations, AI-generated visuals.
• Design support Packaging, inserts, POSM, product cards, and quick-turnaround creative requests.

Skills & Tools

• Design tools Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva.
• Photography & videography Ability to capture great pictures and videos is a plus.
• AI tools Familiarity with platforms like Pletor, Higgsfield.
