Job summary

Homeda (Shudh Online) is seeking a Design associate with a passion for visual storytelling to join the Gurgaon business team. You will craft product visuals, social content, and ad creatives, leveraging AI tools to accelerate output and quality.

The role involves planning shoots, editing videos for YouTube, Instagram, and e-commerce listings, and translating product features into compelling visuals. A strong portfolio and proficiency with major design/video tools are required.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing a mix of product design, social content, video ads, and packaging (if any).
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or alternatives like Canva, Figma, Final Cut Pro.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to create, edit and finalize realistic infographics, creatives and videos.
• Plan and execute video shoots for product ads, how-to-use videos, customer testimonials, and brand stories.
• Reach out to influencers for marketing collaborations.
• Edit videos for multiple channels, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, Amazon listings, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Design banners, lifestyle images, infographics, and visuals for product detail pages (D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Translate product features and benefits into compelling visual designs.

• Ankit Agrawal (BITS Mesra) - 10+ years of Operations & Engineering

We are 80+ member team with 72 folks in our Plant in Odisha. This role is for the Business team in Gurgaon with 7 people currently and would want to keep that lean.
