• Manage a growing network of creators, voice artists, studios, and production partners, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Build and maintain best-in-class production processes across dubbing and audio content creation.
• Monitor audience feedback and user comments to identify and resolve voice, sound, or production-related issues.
• Drive quality standards by collaborating closely with QC teams and taking ownership of content quality.
• Track project milestones, manage multiple workstreams, and proactively solve operational challenges.
