Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Editor – Fantasy Fiction to shape immersive, long-form serialized audio stories that transport listeners into magical worlds. You’ll lead creative development, mentor writers, and craft binge-worthy narratives that balance imagination, emotional depth, and audience appeal.

What You’ll Do

Create and refine serialized audio fiction with strong plots, compelling characters, and unforgettable cliffhangers.
Mentor and guide a team of writers to elevate storytelling quality, especially within the fantasy and speculative fiction space.
Maintain narrative consistency and high editorial standards across episodes and series.
Leverage audience data to enhance engagement while preserving creative authenticity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, creative, and production teams to scale impact and build globally loved shows.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in fiction writing or editing — in publishing, audio, OTT, or related storytelling formats.
Proven expertise in fantasy fiction — world-building, lore design, and character-driven arcs are your strengths.
Exceptional command of the English language — adept at editing tone, rhythm, and emotional resonance.
Familiarity with serialized storytelling and audience engagement strategies.
Experience in additional genres (romance, sci-fi, adventure) or formats (LitRPG, progression fantasy, werewolf fiction) is a plus.
Strong editorial judgment, leadership, and collaboration skills.
