Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in an advertising/creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign development and visual craft.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy and design principles.
• Experience working with copywriters and developing art + copy concepts.
• Ability to take a brief and independently develop a strong creative direction.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong passion for creative excellence.
• Knowledge of Figma and After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Interest in AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies is a plus.
