Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in a creative design role in an agency/digital environment.
• Proven experience leading a team of 8–10 designers.
• Strong portfolio across branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and integrated marketing.
• Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; knowledge of AI-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and execution across brands and campaigns.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for digital, social, branding, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 8–10 designers.
• Review and provide feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Strategy, Client Servicing, Motion, and Production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain high creative standards across all deliverables.
• Present creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• Review and provide constructive feedback on creative output to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Strategy, Client Servicing, Motion, and Production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of 8–10 designers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and integrated marketing work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
