Job summary

Cog Culture seeks a creative, AI-savvy Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design team and drive visually compelling outputs across digital and print. You will translate briefs into strong visuals, mentor junior designers, and integrate AI tools to accelerate concepts while preserving brand integrity.

You will collaborate with copywriters and account managers to deliver campaigns on tight timelines, ensuring high-quality, production-ready assets for multiple formats.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in an advertising, creative, or design agency
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of designers
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead and create visually engaging designs for social media, digital ads, presentations, campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Translate creative briefs and brand requirements into strong visual concepts and design solutions
• Explore and integrate AI-powered design and image-generation tools into the creative workflow to develop concepts, visual directions, variations, and assets
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design technologies, and creative trends, and identify opportunities to improve the team's creative process
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, platforms, and campaign requirements
• Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and the creative director to develop and execute campaigns
• Implement feedback and revisions accurately while maintaining creative quality and meeting timelines
• Maintain brand consistency across all design output and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both print and digital platforms
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 junior designers, providing creative guidance and feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Experiment with new creative workflows that combine traditional design expertise with AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and output quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with B2C clients or white goods brands is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative and design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, colour, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Strong visual sense with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to combine AI-generated outputs with professional design skills to create polished, brand-appropriate creatives
• Ability to take ownership of creative direction and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team-management skills
• Curious mindset with a willingness to experiment with new AI-driven creative workflows and technologies
