Job summary

Allvest Securities seeks an Art Director with 4–6 years of experience in print and digital media design. You will conceptualize and execute brand communication across social media, digital campaigns, websites, and video adaptations while maintaining strong visual consistency.

You will deepen branding through typography, layout systems, and production processes, ensuring timely delivery and staying ahead of visual trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or equivalent.
• Applied Arts background is preferred.
• Candidates from reputed design institutes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently conceptualize, design, and execute creative communication for brands across social media creatives, digital campaigns, website & digital assets, and video/static campaign adaptations.
• Translate marketing and brand strategies into compelling visual communication.
• Develop creative layouts, typography systems, and design directions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Deliver final artworks and production-ready files within deadlines.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication mediums.
• Stay updated with current design trends, digital formats, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging visual styles.
• Handle multiple brands and projects with strong time-management skills.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director with 46 years of

experience in print and digital media design. The ideal candidate should be capable of

independently conceptualizing and executing brand communication across multiple platforms

while maintaining strong visual consistency and high creative standards.

The candidate must possess a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual

storytelling, and production processes across both traditional and digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conceptualize, design, and execute creative communication for brands

across:

• Social media creatives
• Digital campaigns
• Website & digital assets
• Video/static campaign adaptations
• Translate marketing and brand strategies into compelling visual communication.
• Develop creative layouts, typography systems, and design directions aligned with

brand guidelines.

• Deliver final artworks and production-ready files within deadlines.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication mediums.
• Stay updated with current design trends, digital formats, AI-assisted creative

workflows, and emerging visual styles.

• Handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously with strong time-management

skills.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.

will be preferred.
