Job summary

KSC Venture Studio is seeking a sharp, proactive Creative/Executive Assistant to support the founder and core team across culturally driven projects like All Star Sauce, Nightcap, and Genre.

You will coordinate meetings and emails, manage calendars for the founder and affiliated artists, support event logistics and brand partnerships, assist with podcast production and merch drops, and provide research and communications support across creative operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Support event logistics, brand partnerships, and venue bookings
• Assist with podcast production, merch drops, and IRL activations
• Provide research and communications support across creative operations

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments
• Strong interest in music, youth culture, and creative industries
• Prior experience in operations, events, or creative project management is a plus
• Bonus: interest in streetwear, underground music, or late-night creative energy
