About the Role

ControlCase is looking for a talented and driven Creative Intern to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-forward individual with strong video production and graphic design skills to contribute to real campaigns, build a professional portfolio, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in all Adobe Creative Cloud applications, takes pride in producing on-brand work that reflects ControlCase’s identity with consistency and precision, and is eager to learn, collaborate, and create.

This role requires availability for team meetings and collaboration sessions through 10:00 PM IST to accommodate our global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in producing visual content for digital, social, and print channels
• Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including short-form and long-form social videos, promotional reels, and motion graphics
• Use Descript for podcast editing, video repurposing, and transcript-based editing workflows
• Assist the ControlCase Designer and Video Producer in creating marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, social graphics, and email assets using Illustrator and InDesign
• Prepare and manage production-ready files and branded documents using Adobe Acrobat
• Support the marketing team in producing visual content for digital, social, and print channels
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to bring campaign concepts to life
• Maintain organized asset libraries and adhere to brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Participate in team meetings and creative reviews, with availability through 10:00 PM IST

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in graphic design, film/media production, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proficiency across the full Adobe Creative Cloud, with strength in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video storytelling, and content editing best practices, including familiarity with Descript
• A strong eye for brand-adherence, design, typography, and visual communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Available for meetings and synchronous collaboration through 10:00 PM IST on weekdays

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media content creation and platform-specific formatting
• Familiarity with brand storytelling and campaign-based content strategy
• Experience working in a remote or globally distributed team
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Audition
