Responsibilities

• Define and drive the creative vision for all Hyderabad region projects across corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, award shows, product launches and integrated brand experiences.
• Translate client objectives into innovative and commercially viable creative solutions, ensuring consistency, originality and excellence across all deliverables.
• Lead creative presentations and pitch meetings with clients, collaborating with Business Development and Client Servicing teams to develop winning proposals.
• Build trusted relationships with key clients by acting as the senior creative advisor, contributing strategically towards business growth.
• Lead and mentor Art Directors, Senior 3D Designers, 2D Designers, Graphic Designers, AutoCAD Designers, Visualizers and freelance talent.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability and continuous learning, identifying and developing future creative leaders.
• Oversee concept sketches, mood boards, 2D graphics, 3D visualizations, stage designs, spatial layouts, branding and presentation decks.
• Ensure every project balances creativity, functionality, feasibility and budget, guiding teams during production and execution to maintain design integrity from concept to delivery.
• Work closely with Production, Technical, Operations, Procurement and Client Servicing teams, resolving creative and technical challenges throughout project lifecycles.
• Stay ahead of global trends in experiential marketing, event technology, architecture, digital experiences, AI-enabled design and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the creative vision for all Hyderabad region projects across corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, award shows, product launches and integrated brand experiences.
• Translate client objectives into innovative and commercially viable creative solutions, ensuring consistency, originality and excellence across all creative deliverables.
• Lead creative presentations and pitch meetings with clients, collaborating with Business Development and Client Servicing teams to develop winning proposals.
