Job summary

Alkem Laboratories Limited invites a talented Creative Designer to join our team in Mumbai on a full-time basis. You will craft digital content, brand campaigns, packaging concepts, and engaging videos, translating briefs into visually compelling work across social media, e-commerce, and print.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of experience, a strong portfolio spanning social content, campaigns, packaging and print, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite plus motion design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline (NID/IIT/ NIFT preferred).
• 2–4 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or D2C brand.
• Strong portfolio spanning social content, video/reels, campaigns, packaging and print.
• Proven experience with short-form video editing, pacing, transitions and audio.
• Experience with print production processes and packaging artwork preparation.

Responsibilities

• Digital Content: conceptualize and produce performance-driven static creatives for social media and marketplaces.
• Video: design/edit short-form video content including Reels and Stories for campaigns.
• Brand & Campaign: translate briefs into visual concepts and maintain a consistent visual language.
• Packaging Design: contribute to packaging concepts through print-ready artwork.

About the Role:

A to Z Nutrition is seeking a talented and driven Creative Designer to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter design professional with a strong portfolio spanning creative strategy, digital content, video editing, and packaging design. The ideal candidate brings both creative excellence and the ability to execute at pace, is someone who takes brand ideas and turns them into work that is visually compelling, on-trend, and strategically sound.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content

• Conceptualize and produce performance driven static creatives for Social Media, E-Comm Marketplaces etc.
• Design and edit short-form video content including Reels, Stories, and campaign cuts across relevant platforms
• Monitor content trends and platform developments, proactively recommending creative directions to the team
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints in collaboration with the marketing team

Brand & Campaign Design

• Translate brand and campaign briefs into strong visual concepts across digital and print formats
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language for the AtoZ Expert Range including typography, colour, imagery, and layout
• Build campaign toolkits, templates, and asset libraries to support efficient and on-brand execution
• Work closely with brand lead to ensure alignment between design and communication strategy

Packaging Design

• Contribute to packaging design projects from initial concept through to print-ready artwork
• Ensure packaging design is shelf-competitive while remaining consistent with the overall brand architecture

Video Editing

• Edit product videos, brand films, testimonials, and social-first video content
• Apply motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and colour grading to enhance production quality
• Reformat and repurpose long-form content into multiple aspect ratios and formats for cross-platform distribution

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects along with AI tools is mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in short-form video editing with strong command of pacing, transitions, and audio
• Working knowledge of print production processes and packaging artwork preparation
• Strong foundational understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition
• Motion design capability is preferred.

• 2-4 years of professional design experience within a creative agency or D2C brand.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across social content, video/reels, brand campaigns, packaging and print.
• Prior experience working on D2C lifestyle, wellness, or premium consumer brands is a must.
