Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Albatrot is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital content, including social media assets, campaigns, brand collateral, and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with content creators and strategists, developing brand-aligned graphics, refining visual identities, and preparing files for various platforms and formats. The role also involves translating briefs into compelling visual solutions, iterating on feedback, maintaining consistency across projects, and staying updated on design trends and digital best practices.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with helping deliver design requirements
• Hands-on experience with design and image editing software
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Have a strong working knowledge of design for web, social media, and other digital platforms
• Should be adept at using Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, create & modify fonts according to brand guidelines.
• Working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and social media content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and refine visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to ensure clear, impactful communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial, along with functional knowledge of AI tools for image generation, visual manipulation, etc.
• Experience creating assets for social media, video content, and digital campaigns is beneficial.Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work are beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is beneficial.
