Job summary

Alimento Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer to craft engaging motion content for our FMCG/D2C brands. You will shape visuals that tell brand stories across social media and digital platforms.

The role requires expertise in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling, with a focus on 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 content to support product launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and storytelling.
• Proficiency in After Effects and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and visual content for digital and social campaigns.
• Develop reels, short videos, product animations and campaign creatives.
• Animate typography, illustrations, logos and products.
• Produce dynamic content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Creative teams on briefs.
• Convert static designs into motion-led content while following brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with current motion design and social media trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.

The Role: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Motion Graphics Designer who can create engaging, visually compelling content for our growing FMCG/D2C food brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, animation, visual storytelling and social media content, with the ability to bring brand ideas and products to life..

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations and visual content for digital and social media campaigns.
• Develop Reels, short-form videos, product animations, promotional videos and campaign creatives.
• Animate typography, illustrations, logos, products and other visual elements.
• Create dynamic content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, e-commerce and digital platforms.
• Work on product launches, brand campaigns, offers and promotional communication.
• Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, Social Media and Creative teams to understand briefs and develop creative concepts.
• Convert static designs into engaging motion-led content.
• Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest motion design, social media and content trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, transitions and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of 2D animation, kinetic typography and logo/product animation.
• Understanding of colour, sound design and basic video editing.
• Ability to create content in multiple formats, especially 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital advertising.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• 4–7 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics / Animation.
• Experience working with FMCG, D2C, Food & Beverage, Retail or Consumer brands is preferred.
• Experience creating social media content, Meta Ads, product videos and digital campaigns will be an advantage.
• Experience with 3D animation / Blender / Cinema 4D is a plus.
