We are looking for a talented Graphic & Video Designer who can create visually compelling designs and video content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong creative instincts, proficiency in design and editing tools, and the ability to convert ideas into high-quality visual outputs. This role involves working closely with marketing, branding, and social teams to produce content that enhances brand presence and engagement. Brands- Krsnaaa Diagnostics, RPL , Apulki Medical Center & other Group Companies.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, digital ads, website banners, emails, presentations, brochures, and print collaterals.
• Interpret brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all creative outputs.
• Conceptualize and execute campaign graphics, infographics, and layouts.
• Video Creation & Editing: Plan, storyboard, shoot (if required), and edit short-form and long-form videos.
• Produce reels, promo videos, motion graphics, product videos, and brand storytelling content.
• Add animation, transitions, sound effects, and graphics overlays as needed.
• Social Media & Digital Creative: Develop social media creatives optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Collaborate with the content and brand team to visualize concepts and bring ideas to life.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets as per the content calendar.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality designs.
• Assist in campaign ideation, visual direction, and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and production vendors when required.
• Quality & Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, video formats, social media aesthetics, and global creative benchmarks.
• Ensure high quality and attention to detail in all creative assets.
• Creative Development & Vendor Coordination: Creative for Branding, Incenter Branding, OOH, Leaflet, Brochure, etc assets. Interaction with multiple vendors for execution.
