About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging designs across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing, branding, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual content that aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, banners, advertisements, emailers, and website assets.
• Develop innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts that effectively communicate brand messages.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels and design materials.
• Design and edit visual content for social media platforms, websites, events, and internal communications.
• Work on packaging, promotional materials, and corporate branding initiatives as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and creativity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design projects across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consumer brands, e-commerce, retail, D2C, or agency environments.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Understanding of print production processes and vendor coordination.
