Job summary

Topgear Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience in FMCG, food brands, and consumer products to elevate packaging and digital storytelling.

You will create branding collateral, social media content, motion graphics, product videos, and campaigns while ensuring a cohesive brand identity across channels and partnering with the marketing team on launches and events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of graphic design experience in FMCG, packaging or digital media.
• Strong portfolio across branding, motion graphics, and social media creatives.
• Experience with social media video formats and editing for multiple platforms.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across assets.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AI content tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create branding and marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, packaging, POSM, and trade marketing assets.
• Develop creative content for social media, websites, e-commerce, emailers, and digital campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, animated videos, GIFs, reels, and product videos.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Support product launches, festive campaigns, exhibitions, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative assets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

We are hiring for an established FMCG Food organization specializing in Chilled & Frozen Meat products. The company has a strong presence in the food industry and is expanding its creative and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create branding and marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, packaging, POSM, and trade marketing assets.
• Develop creative content for social media, websites, e-commerce, emailers, and digital campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, animated videos, GIFs, reels, and product videos.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Support product launches, festive campaigns, exhibitions, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative assets.

Required Skills:

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, motion graphics, video editing & social media creatives.

Preferred Background:

Candidates from FMCG, Food, Retail, Consumer Brands, D2C, QSR, or E-commerce industries will be preferred.
