Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Designer at our India offices. As a Graphic Designer (Digital) you will be responsible for executing high-level design for both digital and print materials. You will need to be able to handle a fast-paced work environment and be able to manage multiple deliverables at once. This position requires someone who has a strong design sense and is technically proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling digital assets across multiple channels, including social media, CRM/email campaigns, display advertising, e-commerce, websites, and other digital platforms while maintaining premium creative standards.
• Demonstrate expertise in interpreting and applying complex global brand guidelines while ensuring complete brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Account Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate creative briefs into impactful digital experiences.
• Review creative outputs for quality, accuracy, brand compliance, and visual consistency before final delivery, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
• Resize/ Localise approved materials as needed.
• Handle the final production of jobs and deliver to vendors/internal developers. Properly save files within our online server system
• Understand agency processes as they apply to timelines, routes and deliverables
• Troubleshoot and flex within the role as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Has 6+ years of digital design at an advertising agency or in a similar environment
• Experience working with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, luxury, fashion, or FMCG brands is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of premium visual aesthetics, consumer expectations, and category-specific creative nuances.
• Demonstrates advanced digital design capabilities with expertise in designing high-impact digital assets including social media campaigns, CRM/email creatives, display banners, landing pages, web assets, e-commerce creatives, and digital advertising.
• Should be able to support with routing and reviewing, updating files, and developing creative work based on previous materials and brand guidelines
• You are an expert with the Adobe Suite: mainly Photoshop, and of course, linked software such as Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• You have a developed artistic sensibility; you can deliver high-quality work quickly.
• Presents a strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of digital projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating effectively with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Brand Teams, Account Managers, and global stakeholders.
• Detail-focused, goal-oriented, and well organized.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, such as Account managers, Designers, and art directors, in every step of the way.
