Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and families on recommended ophthalmic procedures (cataract, LASIK/refractive, retina, glaucoma), including lens/technology options, costs and process.
• Address patient queries and concerns — including fears around eye surgery, lens/IOL choices and post-operative expectations — to build confidence in the recommended treatment.
• Coordinate with ophthalmologists, optometrists and front office for surgery scheduling, pre-operative workup and documentation.
• Explain lens/IOL upgrade options (monofocal, multifocal, toric) and package inclusions to support informed patient decisions.
• Track and follow up on pending conversions (cataract, LASIK and other eye-surgery leads) to improve surgery conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and counselling outcomes.
• Ensure a positive, empathetic patient experience throughout the counselling journey.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35, 000.00 per month
