Job summary

The role includes organizing counselling sessions, coordinating with internal teams for onboarding, and supporting admission targets. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with prior experience in education preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or related role (education industry preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
