Duroshox is seeking a seasoned plant finance/audit professional to lead monthly audits, ensure timely book closure, and drive cost-saving initiatives. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, ERP expertise (SAP/HANA), and cross-functional leadership across finance, operations, and IT.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in plant finance, operations, or audit, with a proven track record in cost optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly audits with zero missed points and minimal non-conformities.
• Close books timely and accurately per checklists.
• Close audit points within 30 days and prevent repeats.
• Oversee material movement, fixed asset movement, and plant OPEX.
• Identify and sign off cost-saving ideas equal to 1.5% of sales annually.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement savings projects.
• Maintain inventory variance below 1% through perpetual monitoring.
• Ensure no inventory exceeds 90 days unless justified and provisioned.
• Analyze manpower and utilities usage, sign off baselines, and drive 10% reduction initiatives.
• Drive maturity of SAP processes to enhance financial and operational reporting.

Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct effective monthly audits with zero missed points and minimal non-conformities.

2. Ensure timely and accurate book closure activities as per standard checklists.

3. Drive closure of internal audit points within 30 days and prevent repeat findings.

4. Oversee material movement, fixed asset movement, and plant operating expenses.

5. Identify, evaluate, and sign off feasible cost-saving ideas equivalent to 1.5% of sales annually.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement savings projects across operations.

7. Maintain inventory variance below 1% through perpetual monitoring.

8. Ensure no inventory exceeds 90 days unless justified and provisioned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Proven track record in cost optimization and process improvement.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / HANA preferred).
