• Plant accounting, budgeting and internal audit
• Costing, forecasting, banking limits, term loans and funding
• Transfer pricing, GST, CAPEX and management accounting
• Balance Sheet finalization as per Indian GAAP and IFRS convergence
• Corporate finance, private equity, FEMA rules, IPO listing
• Debtors and creditors control; SEBI and SOX compliance for listed company
• Cash flow statements, taxation, export documentation, L/C and VAT
• ECB, tax appeals, MAT, and DGFT benefits
• Banking, product costing, CMA data, project financing and due diligence

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Plant accounting Budgeting INTERNAL AUDIT, Cash flow, Company law, VMA Data
• Costing, Forecasting, Banking cc limit, Term loan. , multiple banking, ECB, FFR IFRS, IND-AS, income tax- appeal , fund and non fund base facilities, Private equity finance, IPO etc.
• Transfer pricing regulations, GST, CAPEX and management accounting
• Balance Sheet Finalization as per Indian GAAP. Convergence with IFRS, US GAAP
• Corporate finance, Private equity, FEMA rules, IPO listing
• Debtors and Creditors Control. Compliance of SEBI AND SOX requirements for listed co.
• Cash Flow Statement, Income Tax, Tax Planning, Export Documentation, L/C, EPCG, Bill Discounting, Excise, VAT, Service Tax. LUT. Reply to show cause notice refunds, Custom
• Transfer pricing, MAT, taxation appeal with tribunals, High court, DGFT benefits etc.
• Banking, Product Costing, Internal Audit. CMA data, FFR reports, project financing, Branch accounting, merger and amalgamations of co., due diligence, ECB, credit rating etc.Macour rate, standard costing, wastage control. Energy audit, labour efficiency, BOM etc.
