Job summary

VFORM TECNOPACKS LIMITED in Navi Mumbai seeks a Cost & Management Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in costing and management accounting. You will handle product costing, cost analysis, MIS reporting, and variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities include maintaining cost sheets, analyzing costs across materials and production, and assisting audits and budgeting with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of costing/management accounting experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and numerical analysis required.
• Exposure to ERP/SAP is an advantage and inventory costing knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets and cost statements.
• Analyze raw material, labour, production and overhead costs.
• Perform cost variance analysis and explain deviations.
• Prepare monthly MIS and costing reports for management.
• Monitor actual vs. standard costs and assist budgeting.
• Support inventory valuation of RM, WIP and Finished Goods.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Finance for costing data.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and support audits.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Cost & Management Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in costing and management accounting, preferably from a manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for product costing, cost analysis, inventory valuation, MIS reporting, variance analysis, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets and cost statements.
• Analyze raw material, labour, production and overhead costs.
• Perform cost variance analysis and identify reasons for deviations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, costing reports and management reports.
• Monitor and analyze actual cost vs. standard/budgeted cost.
• Assist in inventory valuation of RM, WIP and Finished Goods.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Finance teams for costing-related data.
• Monitor production costs, wastage, scrap and material consumption.
• Support budget preparation and cost forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Assist in cost audit, internal audit and statutory audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate costing records and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Cost Accounting and Management Accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing costing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and production costing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CMA (Inter/Final) / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Preferred Candidate

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Costing / Cost Accounting / Management Accounting.
• Candidates with manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
• Immediate or short notice period candidates will be preferred.
• Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
