Job summary

Suma Blessings Foundation seeks a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to lead CSR programme design, implementation and evaluation aligned with the foundation’s mission and priorities.

You will coordinate projects with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets, prepare donor reports, organise employee engagement activities, ensure regulatory standards, and build partnerships with corporate and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have strong CSR knowledge and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Experience with project management and data collection/analysis.
• Experience in designing and implementing CSR initiatives.

Job Description

Suma Blessings Foundation is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of CSR programmes aligned with the foundation’s mission and strategic priorities. The role involves identifying CSR opportunities, developing programme proposals, coordinating projects with internal teams and external partners, and monitoring impact through data collection and reporting. The position will also involve managing budgets, preparing donor and stakeholder reports, organising employee engagement activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical standards, representing the foundation at events, and developing partnerships with corporate and community stakeholders. Candidates should have strong CSR knowledge, communication and stakeholder-engagement skills, project-management and analytical abilities, and experience in designing and implementing CSR initiatives. Experience with non-profit organisations, foundations or CSR departments is preferred.
