Job summary

CNH India is seeking a CSR Project Co-ordinator to strengthen the CSR team by managing projects at field sites, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring implementation and preparing reports.

Candidates with 7–8 years of social/development-sector field experience in implementation, monitoring and impact assessment are preferred. MSW qualification is preferred, though candidates with strong relevant social-sector operations experience may also be considered.

Job Description

CNH India currently manages 28 CSR projects across four entities with 18 project partners and an annual CSR budget of approximately ₹17 crore. The CSR Project Co-ordinator will strengthen the CSR team by managing projects at field sites, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring implementation, ensuring milestones and key results are achieved, supporting impact assessments, maintaining compliance and preparing reports. Candidates with 7–8 years of social/development-sector field experience in implementation, monitoring and impact assessment are preferred. MSW qualification is preferred, although candidates with strong relevant social-sector operations experience may also be considered.
