Club Mahindra is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility - Consultant to support the CSR function from our Mumbai office. The role involves implementing programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling reporting and documentation for ongoing CSR projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years in CSR or related fields, strong coordination skills, knowledge of CSR norms, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualificações

• Postgraduate in NGO Management or social work (BSW/MSW/MA in sociology) or graduate in similar field.
• 3–8 years of experience with corporates, MNCs, corporate foundations, development sector or related CSR fields.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CSR rules, regulations and best practices.
• Stakeholder management experience.

JOB PURPOSE:

To support in implementing and monitoring CSR initiatives and ensure compliances and reporting of all projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in implementation of CSR programs

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify CSR opportunities

3. Prepare regular reports on CSR progress.

4. Maintain all project related documentation.

5. Support in driving CSR - employee volunteering initiatives.

6. Stay updated on CSR trends and best practices.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Postgraduate in NGO Management/ social work (BSW, MSW)/ MA in sociology Or Graduate in Similar field.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 3-8 years of experience with corporates, MNCs, corporate foundations, development sector or Relevant work experience in CSR, community engagement, or related fields
