Job summary

Crio.Do is expanding its corporate relations to strengthen partnerships with organizations, drive hiring pathways for learners, and create collaboration opportunities. The role focuses on engaging HR leaders, securing internships and live projects, and coordinating MoUs and hiring commitments.

You will work with internal teams to deliver value for partners and learners, shaping industry-academia connections and contributing to Crio.Do’s mission of empowering talent.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in corporate relations, campus placements, partnerships or business development.
• Strong network with HR professionals and industry leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of driving partnerships and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, HR leaders and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new partnerships for hiring, internships and live projects.
• Act as the primary liaison for all corporate collaborations and engagements.
• Plan and coordinate placement drives, networking sessions and industry events.
• Understand employer needs and align them with Crio.Do’s learner talent pool.
• Negotiate and formalize MoUs, agreements and hiring commitments.
• Track partnership outcomes, measure success and ensure continuous engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value for partners and learners.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Relations Associate to drive and expand our partnerships with organizations.
