Job summary

DIGIT innovations is seeking a dynamic Corporate Relations Manager to build and strengthen relationships with IT companies, coordinate recruitment drives, and develop strategic partnerships to improve placement opportunities for students.

The ideal candidate will lead campus recruitment activities, travel for client meetings, and drive monthly targets for tie-ups, interviews, and student placements within a fast-growing EdTech/IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management/marketing/HR or related field.
• MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Negotiation and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies and corporate organizations.
• Develop new corporate partnerships for placements, internships, and recruitment drives.
• Coordinate hiring events, walk-in drives, and campus recruitment activities.
• Understand hiring requirements and connect suitable candidates with employers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with HR managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and corporate outreach.
• Maintain a database of corporate contacts and regularly follow up with clients.
• Work closely with the Training & Placement team to ensure successful candidate placements.
• Achieve monthly targets for company tie-ups, interviews, and placements.
• Represent the organization at corporate networking events and industry meetups.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
