The role leads end-to-end recruitment for AI/LLM roles, develops sourcing strategies, partners with hiring managers, and drives candidate experience and time-to-hire

Qualifications

• Must-have: proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and technical screening for AI/ML roles.
• Must-have: strong AI/LLM talent mapping and GitHub sourcing.
• Must-have: ability to craft GenAI job descriptions and optimize candidate experience; track hiring KPIs.
• Preferred: experience hiring for NLP/transformer-based roles, familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem, exposure to AI research labs or startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI/LLM roles - sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI talent communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and translate technical jargon into compelling narratives.
• Drive candidate experience with personalized outreach and alignment on technical screens.
• Manage recruitment analytics, pipeline reporting, and time-to-hire KPIs to optimize speed and quality.
• Stay ahead of AI hiring trends and emerging hubs in India to maintain a pipeline advantage.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI/LLM roles-sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for Research Scientists, ML Engineers, and Prompt Engineering leads.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI talent communities to identify niche LLM/AI specialists.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, map skill sets, and translate technical jargon into compelling job narratives.
• Drive candidate experience through personalized outreach, technical screening alignment, and timely feedback loops.
• Manage recruitment analytics, pipeline reporting, and time-to-hire KPIs-optimizing for speed and quality of hire.
• Stay ahead of AI hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging academic/research hubs in India to maintain a pipeline advantage.
