You will design AI-driven hiring campaigns, train and fine-tune LLMs, and collaborate with data scientists to integrate GenAI into ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever, while monitoring outcomes to boost efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with LangChain, LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Experience with resume parsing and GenAI HR tools is required.
• Familiarity with ATS integrations and Python development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and run AI/LLM-driven hiring campaigns with prompt engineering and candidate scoring for high-volume roles.
• Train and fine-tune domain-specific LLMs using internal and synthetic data.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate GenAI modules into ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or custom stacks).
• Monitor AI hiring outcomes, reduce time-to-hire and bias, and improve offer acceptance via real-time dashboards.
• Partner with client HR teams to translate hiring needs into AI training objectives and candidate experience blueprints.
• Stay ahead of LLM tooling (LangChain, RAG, AutoML) and pilot new recruitment AI use cases for ROI.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute AI/LLM-driven hiring campaigns—prompt engineering, pipeline scripting, and candidate scoring logic for high-volume roles.
• Train and fine-tune domain-specific LLM models (e.g., resume parsing, interview Q&A, personality mapping) using internal and synthetic datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate GenAI modules into ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or custom HR tech stacks.
• Monitor and optimize AI hiring outcomes—reduce time-to-hire, eliminate bias in shortlisting, and increase offer acceptance rates using real-time dashboards.
• Partner with client HR teams to translate business hiring needs into AI training objectives and candidate experience blueprints.
• Stay ahead of emerging LLM tooling (LangChain, RAG, AutoML), and pilot new recruitment AI use cases for client ROI.
