Job summary

LeadRat CRM in Bengaluru (HSR Layout) is seeking an AI Engineer with hands-on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build and deploy production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently owning AI products from concept to deployment.

You will build, deploy, and maintain LLM-powered applications, develop RAG pipelines and prompt engineering solutions, and fine-tune models for business needs while designing scalable inference pipelines and monitoring

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience deploying AI applications in production.
• Knowledge of AI monitoring, evaluation, and inference cost optimization.
