Job summary

Greencell Mobility seeks an experienced MIS & EHS Reporting professional to develop and automate daily to quarterly MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards. You will consolidate data from multiple locations, support leadership with data-driven insights, and drive standardization of reporting processes.

Responsibilities include EHS MIS management, incident trend analysis, and presentation of management reviews using Power BI and Excel dashboards. Familiarity with ISO 14001/45001 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Expertise in building and automating MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Strong data analysis skills for trend/variance analysis and performance insights.
• Experience coordinating data from multiple departments and locations.
• Proficiency with ERP/MIS systems and Power BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001/45001 reporting & audits.

Role & responsibilities

MIS & Business Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and automate Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly MIS reports.
• Create and manage dashboards for business and operational performance monitoring.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments and locations.
• Generate management reports, KPI scorecards, and business review presentations.
• Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance assessments.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process standardization.
• Maintain reporting databases and data accuracy standards.

EHS Reporting & Monitoring

• Manage organization-wide EHS MIS and reporting systems.
• Track key EHS performance indicators including:
• Incident and accident statistics
• LTIFR/TRIR
• Near-miss reporting
• Driver safety performance
• Safety trainings and DDT programs
• Compliance audits and inspections
• Corrective and preventive action closure tracking
• Prepare monthly and quarterly EHS performance dashboards for management review.
• Monitor implementation status of EHS action plans across locations.
• Support analysis of incidents and identify performance trends.

Data Collection & Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations, EHS Managers, Road Safety Teams, HR, Fleet, and other stakeholders for timely data submission.
• Validate and reconcile data received from various locations.
• Establish reporting timelines and ensure adherence by all stakeholders.
• Follow up on pending data, action closures, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain centralized records and documentation for management reviews and audits.

Compliance & Management Systems Support

• Support reporting requirements related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Maintain compliance trackers and audit dashboards.
• Assist in monitoring statutory EHS compliance status across locations.
• Support internal and external audit reporting requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management.

Presentation & Review Support

• Prepare management review presentations and executive dashboards.
• Support monthly business reviews and EHS review meetings.
• Present analytical summaries and key performance trends.
• Develop visual reports using Power BI and Excel dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
