HDFC Life is looking for a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to build and manage bancassurance partnerships. This field role requires regular travel within the assigned region to engage channel partner teams and customers.

You will drive top-line growth, improve persistency and product mix by collaborating with partners, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, and leveraging new technology in sales processes. Integrity and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• You will learn technology/mobility enhancements to comply with Sales Management Process.
• You will uphold organizational values and ensure regulatory compliance in all actions.

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
