Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a Front Line Sales professional in the Bancassurance channel. You will network with channel partner teams to build strong relationships and drive life insurance sales, traveling within the assigned location to meet customers and partners.

You will be evaluated on targets and collaborate with partners to achieve top-line growth and product mix while also handling pre/post-sales activities such as claim settlements.

What does the job entail? : It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers. You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners. You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Essential Qualification

• Age: 21 - 38 years
• Education: Graduation in any stream
• Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
