Job summary

Jio in Cuddapah, Andhra Pradesh is hiring a Core Maintenance Engineer Utilities to manage critical issues and ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities in the region.

Candidate must have B.E./Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with 5–10 years of experience, and be adept at recording power usage, performing preventive/corrective maintenance, and delivering regular project progress and MIS reports in a telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (B.E. or Diploma).
• 5–10 years of experience in core maintenance.
• Knowledge of utility equipment and energy optimization.
• Familiar with safety and quality policies (HSE).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution.
• Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities.
• Track and close utility alarms within service level agreement.
• Record power consumption of utility equipment.
• Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment.
• Provide project progress on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and reports for monitoring efficiency.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment.
• Monitor and maintain ownership for large facilities and project, operations as per service level agreement.
