Job summary

Jio is seeking a Maintenance Manager based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with 10+ years in telecom/ISP environments. The role focuses on asset management, vendor performance, SLA/KPI adherence, and energy optimization across inside plant electronics.

The ideal candidate will lead outsourced maintenance teams, coordinate with the network operations center, ensure safety/quality standards, and drive network reliability for fiber and related equipment.

Qualifications

• BE in ENTC/Mechanical/Electrical/EEE
• Experience: 10-15 years
• Industrial background: telecom and internet service providers (ISP)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the asset master.
• Monitor performance of vendors against defined SLAs.
• Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs.
• Execute O&M activities for inside plant electronics (ISP).
• Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment and fire policies.
• Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives.
• Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team.
• Coordinate with network operations center for network management.
• Ensure adherence to quality management standards.
• Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintenance for fibre and utility equipment; liaise with statutory bodies.
• Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and utility equipment.
• Collaborate with infrastructure maintenance core team for maintaining network performance and upgradation.
• Should have knowledge on RF Backhaul/Transmission.
