Job summary

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assets, materials, and contracts for the Core Maintenance Point (CMP).
• Monitor fiber network performance against defined SLAs.
• Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of infrastructure and access electronics.
• Monitor performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs.
• Ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities.
• Ensure adequate material availability in CMP warehouses for uninterrupted fiber operations.
• Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment, corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire (QHSEF) policies.
• Maintain fiber network quality and ensure adherence to quality standards during fault restoration activities.
