Job summary

Jio is hiring for a Core Maintenance Utilities Engineer across Chandrapur, Akola, Dhule, Nanded, Palghar, Pune, Ratnagiri, and Solapur. The role requires BE or Diploma in Electrical and 5–10 years of experience, with responsibilities spanning uptime, alarms, power usage, and MIS reporting.

The engineer will coordinate with the core team, ensure safety standards, and perform level 2 rectifications while managing large facilities per SLAs.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Electrical engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in core maintenance utilities.
• Willingness to operate across multiple plant sites in the listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the core team to resolve critical issues.
• Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities.
• Track and close utility alarms within SLAs.
• Record power consumption of utility equipment.
• Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment.
• Provide project progress updates daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Prepare MIS and reports to monitor efficiency.
• Adhere to quality, safety, environment and fire policies.
• Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment.
• Maintain ownership for large facilities and projects per SLAs.
