Job summary

Wellbeing Nutrition is seeking a Junior Copywriter to join our Marketing team in Gurgaon. You’ll craft persuasive headlines, CTAs and campaign content across channels, from in-store materials to digital touchpoints, focusing on performance as well as brand storytelling.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of copywriting experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to adapt tone to each platform while welcoming feedback and learning in a fast-paced retail health brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of copywriting experience, preferably for Meta, retention, and e-commerce.
• Strong writing skills balancing creativity and performance.
• Understanding how copy differs across digital platforms.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Portfolio of campaign work (internships, freelancing, or project work counts).

Responsibilities

• Develop persuasive headlines, CTAs, and hooks designed to drive clicks and conversions on platforms.
• Conceptualise and develop sales campaign collaterals.
• Support retail marketing initiatives with tailored messaging for in-store promotions and campaigns.
• Optimise and refine WhatsApp customer journey messaging to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Maintain a clear, consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand across platforms.
