Job summary

Globelance is seeking a Copywriter for premium and luxury brands in Delhi. The role is on-site with 1–3 years of agency experience and involves crafting the brand voice across 3–4 premium brands, scripting for video content, and driving social media strategy.

You will collaborate with design and creative teams to develop campaigns, write platform-specific captions, manage content calendars, and ensure SEO-friendly social copy to maximize reach.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Voice & Storytelling: Develop and maintain the unique voice for 3-4 premium/luxury brands. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Campaign Conceptualization: Collaborate with designers and art directors to brainstorm and execute high-impact digital campaigns.
• Social Media Management:
  • Craft compelling, platform-specific captions that drive engagement.
  • Manage and execute comprehensive content calendars.
  • Apply SEO best practices to social media copy to maximize reach.
• Video & UGC Scripts: Write punchy, authentic scripts for UGC (User Generated Content) and short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Strategy: Act as a creative partner in content strategy, identifying trends and opportunities to elevate brand positioning.

What We're Looking For

• Agency DNA: You must have 1-3 years of experience working in an Advertising, Creative, PR, or Communication agency. Candidates without agency experience will not be considered.
• Industry Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing work for Beauty, Fashion, Wellness, or Lifestyle brands. Experience with international or luxury/premium brands is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Creative Versatility: Ability to switch between long-form storytelling and short-form social copy effortlessly.
• Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where copy and design are developed in tandem.
